Share Your Experiences of Social Care Services?

I'm trying to get in touch with lesbian, gay or bisexual people over the age of 65 who would be interested in sharing their experiences of social care services (this could include, but is not limited to social services, community care and mental health services, or services received as a carer). You do not have to be currently receiving services to take part, and your contact with services could have been a single meeting (e.g. an assessment).

I'm in my final year of an MA in social work at Goldsmiths College, in New Cross, and I'm carrying out dissertation research into older lesbian, gay and bisexual people's experiences of social care services. I'm a lesbian, and I've been working in a service for older people for the past 6 months, which has sparked my interest into how professionals address the issue of older people's sexuality.

Participation would involve a one-to-one interview, which will take about an hour, and the date, time and place can be agreed to suit your needs.
